Lunch with Aunt Jim

Aunt Jim came to Texas for a visit. We drove up to New Braunfels to have lunch with her and a group of family. We met up at the Longhorn Steak House.

The restaurant was nicely decorated in a western theme. The wait staff was attentive. The food was delicious. The company was great! It was a nice lunch gathering.

Dane grabbed up the camera and took a bunch of pictures inside the restaurant. He may be a photographer in the making!

Clark's plate- steak, baked sweet potato, and steamed veggies! Yum!
We had the waiter take a group shot of us around the table.
Outside of the restaurant was a water scape. We took a group picture in front of the largest part of the feature before we said our good-byes.......
Ed, the boys, and I decided to follow the water to see how far around the shopping complex it went. I am so glad we did that! It actually went way back, and it was so beautiful! Clean water and lovely landscaping!! Check out these pictures of us playing around as we walked the length of the water scape.
Dane was feeling meditative.
Mason and Clark were feeling rambunctious.

This is a really interesting grass that was growing at the very end of the water scape.

And back up at the front of the restaurant-
Time to go!
It was a fun afternoon family gathering!
See you next trip, Aunt Jim!
