Pineapple Salsa

As promised.......... :-)

Pineapple Salsa

2 (8 oz) CANS OF CRUSHED pineapple (or 2 C of finely chopped fresh pineapple.)
1/4 C orange marmalade
2 T chopped cilantro
4 t chopped jalapeƱo, seeded
4 t diced pimientos, drained
1 T fresh lime juice
1/4 t salt

Combine all ingredients, mix well.

Cover and refrigerate for a couple of hours or over night if possible.

Serve with tortilla chips.
